Which bouquets are available by subscription?
Three bouquet sizes are available by subscription:
- The Accessible – $45
A small, simple, and bright bouquet, perfect for beginners or for adding flowers to your home, just because.
- The Generous – $60
Our most popular size. A full, balanced, and always seasonal bouquet — the ideal option for a beautiful effect every week or every month. - The Extra – $75
The large bouquet that never goes unnoticed. Premium varieties, textures, and volume to fill the room.
Flowers and colors vary depending on availability, but always maintain the Léo signature.
What types of subscriptions do you offer?
We offer two main ways to subscribe:
Prepaid subscription
- You pay in advance for a set period (e.g., 3 months).
- Ideal for gifts.
- Non-refundable.
Recurring payment subscription
- You are billed automatically each month.
- The amount reflects the chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and the bouquet format.
Minimum 3-month commitment, then you control your subscription (see below).
What are the possible delivery frequencies?
You can choose the frequency that best suits your pace:
- Weekly (every week)
- Bi-weekly (every two weeks)
- Monthly
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes.
For subscriptions with recurring payments, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required.
After these 3 months, you can:
- adjust your delivery frequency,
- skip a delivery,
- or cancel your subscription.
Prepaid subscriptions have no commitment beyond the prepaid period, but they are non-refundable.
How does payment work?
Prepaid Subscription
- You pay the full amount at the time of purchase.
- No additional payments during the subscription period.
- Non-refundable.
- Ideal as a gift or to treat yourself to a few months of flowers without thinking about it.
Recurring Payment Subscription (Monthly)
- Your card is automatically debited each month.
- The amount corresponds to the chosen format (Accessible, Generous, Extra) and frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
- Minimum commitment of 3 months, then you can adjust or cancel.
What are the delivery options for subscriptions?
You have two choices:
- In-store pickup – free
- Home delivery – fees apply based on your zone, as for our regular deliveries (starting from approx. $15)
Delivery charges are billed separately from the subscription and are displayed when you complete your order.
Are delivery fees included in the subscription price?
No. Delivery costs are calculated separately based on your address and delivery zone, according to the same scale as our other deliveries.
Can I change my subscription frequency?
Yes.
After the minimum 3 months (for subscriptions with recurring payments), you can:
- switch from weekly to bi-weekly or monthly,
- or increase the frequency.
Changes must be made by a certain date to be applied to the next delivery (details in your account or confirmation emails).
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. If you are on holiday or away, you can skip a delivery occasionally. This option will be accessible from your customer area, or upon request via our customer service within a certain timeframe before the bouquets are prepared.
Can I pause my subscription?
You cannot "officially" pause the subscription, but:
- after the first 3 months, you can cancel and then resubscribe later,
- or, if needed, skip some deliveries and adjust your frequency.
How do I manage my subscription (customer account)?
You will have access to a customer area where you can:
- view your upcoming deliveries,
- change your address or payment information,
- adjust your frequency,
- skip a delivery,
- cancel after the minimum period.
The interface is simple, secure, and accessible at all times.
Will I receive follow-up emails?
Yes. We send automatic emails for:
- subscription confirmation,
- upcoming deliveries (reminder before the date),
- shipping/delivery confirmations,
- renewal reminders,
- abandoned carts if you started a subscription without finalizing it.
This keeps you informed at every step.
